Nicola Tutt

Director/Lawyer

Nicola attended Victoria University and was admitted in 2005. She spent the first four years of her career prosecuting for the Police and later the Ministry of Social Development which allowed her to gain extensive advocacy experience in the District Court.

Nicola then spent a number of years in private practice and specialised in both criminal and family law before moving into local government. Nicola worked in local government for six years and has experience dealing with all regulatory matters.  She now leads our Litigation team.

Nicola acknowledges that Court proceedings can be particularly stressful and she reduces that stress by ensuring her clients are aware of the process and what is expected of them. She believes this helps them anticipate the various steps of Court proceedings.

Nicola lives on the Kapiti Coast with her family and enjoys spending time exploring all the amazing cycling and walking trails that Kapiti has on offer.
